I have been to a number of different dental offices for an ongoing issues and left each one unhappy. I was able to get an appointment within a few days as a new patient on a Saturday for me and my husband which was great!! Maria and the front reception staff was upbeat, friendly and customer focused. Naomi, and Nicole were very knowledgeable and informative. Dr K has a great chair side manor. He was very thorough, and understanding of my concerns. They educated me on every step of the treatment plan.

The 3D dental technology before and after photos aided me in understanding my oral treatment plan. My second visit I had the same great experience. These are the things I look forward to experiencing when receiving service. I left completely satisfied. They gave me a great overall experience.

My dentist recently retired , Love this practice ! The staff is amazing ! Dr Diaz was so gentle and I felt nothing at all at my appointment.

, Sam was my hygienist and she was very thorough and made getting my teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience, upon leaving Maria and Jess were the icing on the cake , I could have talked and joked w them for hours ! If you’re looking for a new dentist this place is a gem !

Had a positive experience as a patient while receiving dental treatment. While receiving my fillings for two cavities, I felt comfortable and was explained to about the procedure. However, Lehigh Valley Smile Designs has been unresponsive and unwilling to arrange for a refund a total of $497 that was credited to my account after more than 3 phone call conversations with members of the reception team. As a business owner myself, I find this lack of willingness to provide as excellent customer service to match their great in-clinic patient experience highly concerning.

The service by the dentist was wonderful10/10 however something is very fishy about the billing department! The billing dept will tell you it cost $xxx amount but then get billed double that. When you speak about it they just “justify” somehow that it came out to that much.

This place should really be investigated. I’m still on a payment plan with these people when I was only suppose to pay hundreds NOT THOUSANDS!
