Can't comment on the dental care as we never actually got to see the dentist. I called months ago to get an appointment for my daughter. Due to Covid and other issues, they called a few weeks before her appointment to reschedule for 6 weeks later. Showed up for our new appointment but they had no record of her having any appointment, ever.
Yet I have texts from them confirming her first appointment, cancelling her first appointment??? No offer to schedule her in, no explanation. Just a shrug and "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do". So I guess we'll be finding a new dentist that actually tracks appointments???

Dr. Leigh is a wonderful dentist. She was so gentle and thorough during my appointment and she made me feel at ease the whole time. Also, they are taking every Covid precaution possible. As an immunosuppressed patient, I was extremely comfortable here.
It’s so important to be able to have safety precautions followed for these essential services so people in my situation can still get the help we need. So thankful for this office, their staff and Dr. Leigh.

This is the first bad review I have ever left. Terrible front desk experience, the person flat out lied about what happened. It all began with me contesting a missed appointment charge, since I was disputing this I was suddenly tagged as yelling at the employee. This never happened. My issue was that I called 10 times and left 3 voice messages and never received a call back.
Since Covid this practice has completely fallen off providing any semblance of customer service. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I asked on three different occasions for the office manager or the Dr. to call me and I have heard nothing back.

Dr. Leigh has been my dentist for over 10 years. She is patient, kind and so knowledgeable. She noticed grind patterns on my teeth and recommended wearing a night guard. She also recommended using a water pic for gum care. ***Recently, after nearly a 2 year delay due to COVID I went in, and was still a bit nervous.
But my fears were calmed by the office's reasonable precautions. The procedures were clear and up front, and the friendliness of the staff can't be beat. I don't have dental insurance and I've never had an issue getting prices up front (before visit) that match exactly what I pay. Based on expertise, level of care, friendliness and cleanliness, especially in this era of COVID, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Leigh and this staff for your chops!!
