For 30 years, Dr. Gilbert has been my dentist. From kindergarten to today, she has always used a gentle touch and gone out of her way to make excellent recommendations along the way to keep my smile beautiful. I couldn't be happier to have her as my dentist! That's why when I lived away at college that I made sure to plan my appointments to get in to see her while I was home. She is incredibly patient and thorough.

She stops frequently during procedures (such as when she did my crown) to make sure I felt okay and didn't feel any pain. I've even received follow up to make sure everything was going well days afterward. Her team is exceptionally friendly as well! Everyone on staff always take time to get to know their patients and know many of them by name without checking the schedule to see who is walking in. Many have been with her for several years and that speaks for itself. I highly recommend her!!!

Do not go here if you are a federal employee. For over a year now, it has been an on going battle to get my insurance to process. In order for my dental insurance to process a claim, medical must be filed first. After calling both my dental insurance and the dental office here, I was told opposite things 1. they never billed medical or 2.

yes we did, it just keeps getting denied. Well, I just received a letter from the medical insurance they billed, which wasn't my medical insurance. Called the dental office only to be told " we only bill the insurance you provide with us. " How can I provide insurance information with a company I have NEVER had? Also, to be told that since it's been over a year they may not pay now, and more or less will be expected to pay the balance on my end for a mistake the office made. This whole situation has been ridiculous.

I shouldn't be doing all this ground work, the people filing the insurance should be trained on how to do this correctly. If you want to partner with an insurance company, learn their procedures.

Dr. Gilbert is terrific! She is the nicest dentist I have ever been to and she isn't satisfied unless the work is meticulous. She is also honest about what needs to be fixed right away and what can be monitored. She is a dentist you can trust.

Another 5 star experience in my book. After having a terrible crown made by another dentist due to my schedule, Dr. Gilbert went out of her way to fix the crumby tooth job made many repairs to assure comfort and operation for my bite.

Not once did she make me feel poorly for trying a different practice. Her staff was accommodating to the multiple appointments needed to properly correct the error from another dentist.
