Let's Smile Dental - Purcellville

This week was our first time visiting Let’s Smile Dental in Purcellville, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I initially called to ask if they were accepting new patients, and Dottie kindly confirmed they were and set our appointment for their next availability. I explained that my daughter had broken a tooth years ago, and it had recently started causing her excruciating pain. Dottie was so compassionate and understanding of our urgency, and took it upon herself to speak with the doctor. They made room in the schedule to see her the very next day, just before the holiday weekend.

Dr. Alwan was incredibly patient and took the time to explain what was going on, and thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all of my questions, and was very considerate as we navigated the situation. Brandi was also wonderful, sweet, patient, and calming. When the Novocaine wasn’t working well, I asked about using sedation, made both Brandi and Dr. Alwan ensured my daughter was as comfortable as possible.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make the process as non-traumatic as possible for my daughter. She actually loved the staff and felt at ease in the office, which says a lot given how much pain she was in. I highly recommend this practice. Because of the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to us, I’ve decided to transfer my entire family to this practice.

Our son had a dental emergency, and the team at Let’s Smile Dental worked hard to make sure we were taken care of that day. Dottie was able to connect with my son’s pediatric team to formulate a plan of action. She was so kind and compassionate. While we determined next steps, Dr. Alwan made sure he also spoke to me on the phone to reassure me about the plan of action. His ability to calm my heart when we were dealing with a tough situation was so wonderful.

We are so grateful to Dr. Alwan and his team for taking care of our son. We are so grateful to Dottie, Amber and Trisha for working collaboratively, efficiently and effectively to ensure my son received the dental care he needed. Let’s Smile Dental really focuses on taking care of their patients and families.

I've been coming to this dentist for 20 years and they're awesome! Dr. Alwan took over the practice a few years ago and he's great! Megan is the sweetest, I absolutely loved having her as my hygienist! She is very personable as well as knowledgeable and it is evident she truly wants the best for her patients' oral health. Dottie is an amazing receptionist! She is always very helpful and flexible when there are schedule changes. She is also so kind and I love getting to start my appointment with seeing her.

She has a great memory for patients and personal details. She always greets me with a joyful smile when I come in. Would definitely recommend this dentist office ☺️

We have been getting our dental care at Let’s Smile for nine years now, since before the transition of ownership. Dr. Alwan is an excellent dentist, and all of the hygienists have been fantastic as well. My family have all had routine cleanings, and some have also had fillings, and/or extractions. A positive experience, every time.

The office runs smoothly and with impressive punctuality. Dottie, at the front desk, has a handle on everything. Texts, phone calls, scheduling, billing—all managed clearly and concisely, and with genuine warmth and kindness too. It’s always a pleasure visiting the office. Heartily recommend Let’s Smile Dental - Purcellville!
