I visited Levittown Dental Group yesterday. There was absolutely no problem with Dr. Karen Weiss. She is wonderful, as always. However, there was a new X-ray technician (not Dr. Weiss' assistant) who was a man that I have never seen before. He was absolutely terrible.

He was so rough with the X-ray equipment in my mouth that he completely ripped all the skin off the roof of my mouth. I am sore the next day and I have never had an experience where someone has completely scraped the roof of my mouth until it bled. He clearly needs more training. I will refuse service from him if I encounter him again. Hope he gets spoken to.

If I can give them a zero I would give it to them. . . I was a loyal customer with them for about 20 years and even though I have to go through the process of an annual cleaning instead of twice a year since Covid I still stayed loyal to them.

But their unprofessional front desk talks so rudely and demeaning made me say the B word and walk out. She called after a 30 minutes and she said she would cancel my future appointment and I said go ahead B and now I got a new dentists in the city with a 4. 7 out of 5 rating. They really do not know how to treat loyal customers these days and it is a shame :(

This practice "WAS" at one time a highly recommended dental office.

Like many businesses so much has changed & so has the attitude of the staff! The receptionist, is very quick to tell you, you can cancel your appointment if you like, instead of trying to maintain a better repor, with customers that have history with them! If your constantly telling people you can cancel, how do you expect to stay in business! Sad, there's nothing that makes them any different from any other dental location!

From the moment I walked in, until I left, I was given care and concern! Kerri the manger of this location was extremely helpful! The receptionist was also very kind! The dentist was filled with compassion, encouragement, and professionalism! The dental assistant was so positive and polite! I wish I could remember everyone's name! I highly recommend this dental office! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
