This was my first appointment at Lexington Family Dentistry, I was very impressed from the receptionist to my hygienist to meeting Dr. Whitaker, it was a busy day but I did not feel rushed at all. The office was very well kept,clean and nice having a tv in the room. I'd highly recommend this practice.

I now have been going there for a year & a half, I continue to receive excellent care from Dr Whitaker also my hygienes Michelle is excellent. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had a dental emergency on Tuesday evening and called the after hours number. Dr Whitaker met me at the office Wednesday morning at 7:30 to help me. Professional and courteous. Very caring!

Dr Hall was my dentist and has retired after many years of patient care. Before his retirement he introduced me to Dr Andrew Whitaker his colleague. I can say that Dr Whitaker and his staff are absolutely capable of any dental procedure. Not to brag on him, but during treatment , Dr Whitakers ancestry is from my home town. His grandmother was a teacher for many years in the Morgan County schools and I knew his grandparents well.

Is a small world when we communicate and converse with other people even your Doctor. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone seeking dental care. Is a good man to know.

We were less than ten minutes late to an empty office. We had two appointments scheduled. We called ahead 40 minutes prior to the appointment time to let them know we might be a bit late due to construction, but it didn't help. When we got there, the receptionist said they couldn't even take one of us. Every time we went before, they made us wait 20+ minutes to be seen, but the one time we hit construction traffic, they couldn't see us? No one else was even in the office. It was just a cleaning appointment, and we had to get childcare for our baby.

We told the receptionist this and she said, "Well, maybe you shouldn't be late. " I understand being on time is important, but 10 minutes for two appointments when we are the only ones there shouldn't have meant they can't do anything. Pretty much everywhere can make it work within 15 minutes. It took us several months to get those appointments, and we drove from another city. It was very disappointing, and the receptionist had no empathy.
