I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and I felt super nervous going in. Dr. Jimmer and his team are so welcoming and always willing to help! After getting an extraction and bone graft Dr. Jimmer even reached out to make sure I was doing ok that night. I have never had this great of an experience at any dentist.

I came her several times on the recommendation of family, but I did not have a great experience. The hygienists are friendly, but I’ve met with the three dentists on staff, and every time I’ve had work done, the filling have been poorly fitting and have required return visits. Whenever I raised concerns over ongoing pains and fillings that kept me from flossing, they’d talk down to me like I was a child.

I hope my experience was just an anomaly, but I’ve given them several chances and don’t plan on going back.

I hate to say it, but I just don’t think any of my dental experiences here were good. Dr, Loner is very kind, but I think he could improve is his skills when numbing. All the work he did on me was incredibly painful, and despite adding numbing shots I could still feel it and was crying out in pain. My spouse, who’s gone here his whole life said “that’s just part of going to the dentist; it’s really painful” which is all you need to know. He was blown away when we switched dentists and realized it didn’t need to be that way.

I’ve also been back twice after a filling to get it shaved down because it’s too high and it never solved the issue. Just had my new dentist do it and he finally tested my bite on the paper and found the high spot. Can’t recommend despite a really great staff.
