Lifestyle Family Dentistry provides a wonderful experience each time I go. All of the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. Lexi is efficient and explains everything as she cleans. Dr. Defrancisco makes you feel like a long time friend even if she's only met you a few times. I would HIGHLY recommend Lifestyle Dentistry and I plan on continuing care there for years to come.

Good service, great workers and very open with information while you are there. In terms of quality of service, I’d mark it very low. I got plenty of fillings and a cleaning, I had handed my insurance card to them while I was there for an appointment. Soon after my cleanings, I received a text requesting my insurance card once again making it the second time providing my insurance. My next appointment was my first set of fillings in which there was a month gap between my next appointment of fillings. Shortly after my second fillings appointment, I received a call while I was at work explaining that they do not take my insurance and that I would have to provide a solution for paying the large sum of a few thousand.

They asked that I either contact my insurance company for a coverage or they emphasized that they have payment plans available for relieving the charge. The insurance company was quite the struggle when it came to getting them to cover my charge so I decided to leave the charge as it was not my problem that they failed to operate under correct precautions. I then received relentless calls for 2-3 months about my charges. They had stopped for about at least 1-2 months in which I received a sudden text yesterday reading, “Hi Trevor , This is the billing dept at Lifestyle Family Dentistry. In accordance with the financially policy that you have signed and agreed to in your new patient form, your Credit Card on file will be charged Tomorrow, Friday 06/06/2025, for the balance on your account. If you should like to use a different card, pls give us a call.

Thank you” Now, I am not going to point out everything wrong with this message besides the fact that they sent it 4 minutes prior to closing the day before they claimed they would charge me. It seemed they were trying to bait or scare me to give into their mistake as a company and decided that saying “pls” would inspire confidence in their ability to operate as a professional dentistry. Other than that, I’d say along with other reviews they are very stern and like to emphasize that the Dentist only uses the top and most expensive material and tools which I would also question due to the fact that one of my teeth fillings is still giving me some pain and sensitivity when I eat.

I really love this practice! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The dentist has a wonderful bedside manner. She is calming and open to answering questions. I am grateful I found them. Highly recommend them!
