New patient here. Wheelchair bound. Parking was good, but only one space. Door isn't automatic, but opens easily. Plenty of room for wheelchair back with dentist . Everyone was fantastic. From the financial people to hygienists to dentists and everyone in between.

Comfortable dental chairs. Mindful of medical conditions. I had a cleaning, 2 fillings, and a crown. Someone from financial called me ahead of time and explained every charge. They even were willing to work with me for me to save some money due to insurance maximums. So very friendly and happy. Best experience I've ever had at the dentist! I should have taken a picture of their pumpkin decorating contest!

I would have given 1 star but gonna stick with 3 star just cause of the doctor and her assistant . .

they did good job … However I would suggest if you need report then ask for report it at same instant … Cause I was sent in first someone else scan report and when I called the office and let them know, they did resend the scan reported. To my surprise even the second scan report sent also was someone else … I gave up and did not follow up again… Lifetime dental, You guys should do better in record keeping, cause this is major privacy concern I would not recommend this place

These people have been the rudest people I’ve ever met. I went in for a root canal in may 2024 due to a severe broken tooth, and paid before hand 400 dollars to fix the tooth, to my shock i get to the appointment and they tried to act like i lied about paying for the root canal trying to double charge my issurance.

Every time ive been here to receptionist have never been friendly and its a shame i went in for a filling in 2024 and they told me “im going to replace one of my black fillings in the back of my mouth to make it white so it looks great” only to add more money to the bill, i don’t know the vibes here are off I already have trama from going to the dentist and this has made it so much worse

I had a wonderful experience here, I was very nervous about going since I have put it off for a while. Chelsea was amazing and immediately made me feel at ease! Sh3 talked me through everything to make sure I understood and was comfortable. Thank you for everything!
