How do you explain this? This is the second time that happened within 4 months. Dr. Collins cemented it back on 8/19/24 and now the crown fell out again from eating a slice of pizza. The crown is not even a year old and it fell out twice. Update: Thank you for the repair Dr. Collins. The new crown feels solid and she regained her confidence to eat again.

Dr. Reynolds is very personable and always explains to me in detail what my dental needs are, if any. Katie is a doll and very informative and provided me with a lot of extra knowledge that pertained to my current situation.

Chiffon is such a rockstar and I feel the ship would sink without her! She is amazing and a joy to see and chat with every visit. She is very knowledgeable and top of her game! Front desk is always a pleasure to be around!

As someone who has dealt with dental anxiety and bad dental experiences in the past, Light Dental studios provided me with a kind, patient, and understanding experience that changed how I felt about dentist visits. Everyone there was extremely kind and attentive to me. I didn’t feel ignored nor judged at any time.

Not to mention how affordable and quick it all was. I was recommended here by a family friend, and I recommend people with dental anxiety to pay a visit here. Their customers service was worth writing this review :)

I can’t say enough great things about Light Dental Studios in Lacey—this place doesn’t just clean your teeth, it lifts your spirit. From the moment I walk in, I feel like family. No awkward check-ins or waiting around—David at the front desk already has me squared away before I even say a word. He’s always upbeat, full of good energy, and it radiates throughout the entire office. His enthusiasm is like caffeine for your mood—without the jitters. At my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of being treated by Morgan, and let me tell you—she made a fantastic first impression. I didn’t even know she had just transferred to this location, because she fit in like she's been part of the team for years.

Her technique was gentle but thorough, and her energy was calm, kind, and professional. I was so impressed, I actually requested to have Morgan again for my next bi-annual cleaning—and I never do that! And of course, shoutout to Dr. Collins, who continues to be one of the most passionate and detail-driven doctors I’ve encountered. He takes time with each patient, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares. But here's what really sets this office apart—they feature real photos of their actual patients on the walls. Not staged, stock-photo smiles, but real people like you and me. That simple gesture shows how much they value their community and patients—it makes you feel like you’re part of something special, not just a number in a chair.

If Light Dental Studios ever started offering life coaching and breakfast burritos, I’d probably show up every week. That’s how great this place is. Thank you David, Morgan, and Dr. Collins for making each visit not just painless—but genuinely enjoyable! The only negative thing about this place, is time goes by too quick. The hour long treatment feels like minutes when you are enjoying the staff's company.
