I haven’t had dental trauma, but I have some real PTSD tendencies from another dental practice due to lack of hygiene, respect for patients, etc. Dr. Ligocki has tremendously helped me through with his patience and care. I used to sweat bullets in the seat getting treatments done at the other practice. Sweat through thick hoodies because of my nerves.

When I joined this practice, I openly shared with Dr. Ligocki my horrid experience and he graciously helped me through each cleaning and cavity filling. I barely sweat now because I fully trust this practice! They’re all calm and do such a wonderful job. I go back more often than needed for cleanings to maintain a better smile. Dr.

Ligocki is always learning new things and helped me through pregnancy dental concerns too! I had no idea you’re more susceptible to disease because of hormones changing so often! So I was able to get ahead of it. Not to mention a great mouth wash for times when you can’t brush your teeth(during morning sickness). Another game changer for me was the laser they use to fill cavities. I would cringe at the sound of a drill. The laser they use is so much better and much more calm for me! If you’re debating on a new dental provider, try them out! It’ll be worth your time!

I have been seeing Dr Lauren for about one year. I had several issues she took care of and the results are very good. The office staff, the assistants, and even the tiny comfort dogs are always good at easing dental office jitters. Highly recommend!

This dentist office is overpriced and will charge you for everything you can ever think and their billing practices feel dishonest. I came here to get a crown and after the application of the crown I had lasting sensitivity and needed a bite adjustment. I called the dental office and they told me it would be a quick adjustment that would only take a few minutes and there would be no charge. I saw the dentist, not only did they charge me for a “limited exam”, they did not fix my tooth and I was also charged a random “sanitation fee”. None of this was disclosed to me before and I was told there would be no charge. The receptionist refused to let me leave until I paid over $100 for a 5 minute appointment that I was told would not be charged. I do not understand why I would be charged for this service when the initial service provided was inadequate in fixing the bite of the crown. Not only did the dentist improperly adjust the bite to begin with but then charged me for her mistake after.

I understand things can’t be done perfectly, but to continue to charge me after you already have charged me thousands of dollars for the crown application is insane. This was your mistake to fix and not only did you still not fix it but now I can’t even go back as I know you’ll be charging me another $110 + $18 sanitation fee for the tooth to continue to hurt. The scheduling here was also a nightmare and also naturally incurred more fees. I scheduled the same day appointment for my crown over 3 weeks in advance to make sure I could get the correct appointment time. The day of my appointment, I was instead charged for a regular teeth cleaning and exam which was not what I was scheduled for and was told I could do the crown another day since they didn’t book enough time in their schedule for me. Okay fine, I came back another day to get the crown done, but since it was a last-minute appointment, it was with a dentist I had not yet even met and not the dentist who I’d just met with and scheduled with. I received a massive bill including services that were not on the bill they gave me and that the dental office did not bill to the insurance. This also included a “same day crown” fee that they did not disclose on my bill but I was later told I was charged for and a repeated “sanitization” fee that I had also paid on the day of the cleaning.

I don’t even understand why I would have to repay these fees when my crown was not done on the same day, I had to come back for another appointment, and no modern dentist appointment I’ve ever been to besides this one has charged a fee for “keeping equipment clean”. I probably would’ve just let this go if the crown application went well but it did not. The only positive thing I can say is that the dental assistants and Dr. Ligocki himself were very nice. Unfortunately, I did not get to see Dr. Ligocki for my $1000+ dollar crown placement and now, three appointments later, am stuck with more problems than what I had before I came here and am out thousands of dollars.
