Found LPI on my own through my insurance. Saw some not so great reviews from a few years back but wow, what a turn-around from the things I've read. Glad I took a chance! Staff and Dr. Hanson were amazing. I went in for a wisdom teeth consult and ended up having ALL FOUR pulled that same day! It was hell, not going to lie, but Dr. Hanson and his staff took excellent care of me and kept me as comfortable as can be.

Currently, office is slightly disorganized but understandable since there was a complete staff turnover. They are working hard to get on track. Have a little patience with them and my hope is that your experience will be as good as mine was. I'll also add that emergency visit and follow up visit were incredibly fast - like, in and out within 15 minutes!! Doc, Austin, Samantha, and sorry I didn't catch your name because I was still high, you make a great team. Keep up the good work!

This office has the most wonderful team I have ever met. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed last week and since her first evaluation to her discharge they took a wonderful care of her. Dr Hanson is very professional and knowledgeable. He discussed with us the treatment options and how the procedure was going to be done. The office staff helped us with the insurance claims so we knew in advance how much we'll have to pay.

Due to COVID-19 we couldn't be inside the office when the procedure was done but they took care that my teen didn't feel alone at any time. We were given precise instructions for the post op and the office managers called us back the day after to do a follow up. Thanks for making this potentially awful experience a good one for my daughter.

Dr. Hanson and the staff at LPI are the best! They took great care of my husband first. They made his tooth look just like the original! We were so pleased, I am now scheduled for an extraction and implant. Had my consultation today, and all of them were wonderful, professional, and courteous. I felt very comfortable with all of them and their safety protocols. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY recommend Lincoln Park Institute! I had an infected and impacted wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of pain. When I called, the front desk team set up a same day consult and procedure for the first time they had available. Dr. Hanson and the team made me feel cared for, gave me all the options needed to make an informed decision AND walked me through being uninsured.

If you’re un or underinsured, go here. They are highly trained, compassionate and trauma informed which made the whole experience much easier.
