The worst dental experience I have ever had ! I left my previous dentist after he retired and sold the practice to a large corporate entity. Wanting to stay local I chose this office for myself and kids. My son a few weeks ago and related that it was a weird bazarro type of experience and that they really irritated his gums. I went in today and was introduced to the hygienist, Bill Mitsos. I watched him feed himself crackers across the hall from the exam room while I was getting Xrays done. He wore his gloves while eating and used them as he began cleaning my teeth.

He ripped my gums on every tooth he touched, it was painful and I was bleeding at every tooth. I got up and stopped the cleaning and approached the dentist, Dr. Leesa. She sat down and asked me to take a seat so she could finish the cleaning. I let her try to explain how normal it was to bleed and how healthy it is for your dental health. Hours later, my gums are still bleeding and are very sore and swollen.

My son said he was sore for days. I don't know these people and gave them the benefit of my doubt. However, I should have walked out on my first suspicion that the man working on me was drunk or otherwise impaired, burping while over my face and not wearing any kind of mask himself. I would not go there for any reason, they are unprofessional, unsanitary, unsafe and honestly dangerous.

The most amazing dental experience I ever had. They treated me like family. I had the worst teeth in the world and they fixed them all.

I cried when I saw my teeth in the mirror because you have no idea what it feels like to have no teeth. I come from Indiana and If you want a dentist that treats you like family then I would never go anywhere other than here!! It is nice to walk in an office and have them greet you by name, not looking at the chart.
