Dr. Sana was great, her bedside manners were amazing. As someone with severe anxiety, she made the procedure a lot less scary. She listened to any complaints I had and was very informative about what she was doing. I'm glad to have found her.

My pup chipped my 2 front teeth while playing. The Dr. did an AMAZING job - they look perfect! And you can't tell they were previously chipped. No pain, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for the wonderful job, Dr. Sana!😁

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dental clinic. Every visit has been overbooked -- I'm consistently left waiting for the dentist, sometimes up to an hour cumulatively, and even when he arrives, he'll work on me for a few minutes, then disappear for 15-20 minutes or more. I had a root canal on March 6, and while I was on vacation, the temporary filling fell out. I returned from vacation on March 11 but couldn't get an appointment until March 19 to replace it. Each time I needed a replacement, the numbing was extremely uncomfortable -- the dentist injects with a very heavy hand, and he uses so much numbing agent that it would take over a day to wear off. I've been to other dental offices where numbing doesn't even hurt more than a pinch, but that hasn't been my experience here. Each temporary crown I've had to get numbing, the experience has been painful and I've just tried to pinch myself hard to overcome it. I came back on April 2 for the permanent crown, but it didn't fit due an "incorrect scan" they took previously, so I had to get yet another temporary crown. On April 8, I came in for whitening.

Then on April 9, I was asked to come back because the dentist said he needed another scan to make the mold correctly and to choose the right color for the final crown after whitening. Again, I had another temp crown placed. I was told the final crown would take 2-3 weeks, and that they would reach out to schedule. No one followed up, so I texted them on May 2. At first, I couldn't get a definite appointment time. Then, when I called again, the staff told me the crown wasn't even in the office -- which was confusing because I had text messages from the clinic saying the crown had arrived and giving me a scheduled time. When I pointed that out, they backtracked and said the person didn't leave a note in my profile. Eventually, they booked me for May 9, but canceled last-minute because the other dentist they booked me with was also "out of town". I was then rescheduled for May 12 at 3:30 -- but on the day of, they asked me to come in earlier at 3:00.

I agreed, left work early, and used an hour of sick time, only to be left sitting in the room until almost 3:40 before the dentist finally came in -- and told me the lab had made the crown incorrectly again, using the wrong mold from initial visit. I've had 4 temporary crowns now. This entire process has been exhausting and unacceptable. I've had to come in far too many times, lose hours of sick time, and still don't have a permanent crown. Between the lack of communication, poor coordination, excessive numbing, and repeated errors, I do not recommend this place. I have tried my utmost best to be understanding especially since this is a small dental clinic.

I found this dentist practice a few years ago and have been consistently impressed with them. They are very professional and kind and have provided me with excellent care for a range of dental concerns. They’re super transparent about costs and insurance coverage and never push interventions that aren’t needed but are good at informing you about all your options.

My husband now goes here as well and has also been very pleased. When my kids got old enough to need a dentist I started bringing them as well. They do so well with kids as well as adults!
