While most just adopt the term while still using all of the standard toxic chemicals while recklessly “drilling & billing”, Dr. Siddall was respectful of my priorities & accommodated my goals. I’m grateful for her care and my upgraded smile. Bonus: every single member of their team was as kind as could be.

I am spending more time in Northern Michigan and need a dentist near Empire. When I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile and all of the staff were very friendly. Bonnie, Kristen, Summer and Doctor Siddall were professionals, spent ample time getting to know me and understanding my needs. Also, I wasn't pressured into buying a bunch of services I didn't need (unlike my dentist in Florida).

Doctor Siddall uses modern technology like a Cone Beam CT scan which I appreciated given I had my jaw broken in a car accident in my late teens. Summer completed the scan quickly and accurately then Doctor Siddall walked me through the results. She didn't speed through the consultation; she took her time and answered all my questions. Turns out she has 25 years of experience in sleep medicine so I will be back to see how she can help improve my sleep.

Being quite senior, residing many years near Northport, twice recently I’d lost regular dentists to retirement. Several years easily slipped by without remembering to establishing alternative regular dental care. Recently, an unusual and seemingly progressive illness, over several months, led me to suspect a possible infection connection to any of several teeth having old root canals that without pain might need evaluating. Needing to establish immediate attention with a new local dentist, Dr. Siddall’s office in Lk Leelanau seemed perfect. Her skilled office coordinator was able to work me in two days later for an in-depth exam with their highly experience dental-tech associate that included a comprehensive 3D cranial jaw Xray exam that indeed indicated two infected root canals.

Two office days later Dr. Siddall painlessly extracted the two abscessed back teeth in between preparing, while still numb, two other broken teeth to receive a double porcelain crown that was 3D photograph, designed, fabricated and baked in her office lab while I dozed calmly in the chair, breathing a small amount of nitrous oxide. Dr. Siddall's masterful, totally painless, work accomplished in one visit was a first for me. I admit to have marveled at the professional, highly skilled team of women Dr. Siddall employs as her associates.

The whole office buzzes with obvious affection and respect they all have for one another while enjoying their intense work. I’ve never experienced a dental office functioning at that level of excellence before. I know now how lucky I was to find them. Since that, almost emergency, attention the mystery illness I’d been experiencing is now on the mend. Thank you Lisa for being here and available and to all of your wonderful team for that day of great work on one needy old man. CB

Excellent practice with friendly people. Very modern (knowledge and equipment), careful treatment abd not just replacement. I came from one of America's best dentists before, but was not disappointed - just vice versa. Keep up the good work!
