Terrible, don't bring your children here. Starting with the reception, which is super rude and not prepared to deal with people. For a child to have a negative experience on one of their first visits to the dentist, this will last the rest of their life, causing them to be afraid. When you work with people, especially children, you need to be prepared to be able to deal with them with care and love. At no point did I feel safe or comfortable with anything, because the receptionist's rude way of handling the situation and her lack of preparation made it clear that I should not trust leaving my daughter there. She came to give me a paper to sign and I asked if I wanted to read it first and she took it out of my hand and said no. How am I going to sign something authorizing someone to do something to my daughter without me reading it first? I'm sorry but that doesn't exist.

To deal with people you need to be prepared. I do not recommend this place, although the dentist and anesthetists who attended were attentive, the quality dropped when the receptionist (Lu. . . or Lau. . .

) was disrespectful towards me as a mother. The place is organized and clean, but the business card, which is the reception, left something to be desired. Due to the receptionist's lack of preparation in making my questions clear, I requested that the procedure be canceled. Because if the people there don't make you feel safe about what they're going to do with your child, how can you allow them to move forward? They are documents like this to be signed without waiting to read them completely. I asked if I wanted to read them and she simply turned her back and said no.

Dr Patel (Orthodontist) and Dr Bath (Pediatric Dentist) are the absolute dream team! My kids loved the office - which is absolutely gorgeous and kid friendly, and they loved how the Drs made them feel. They were so warm and made the visit fun and enjoyable. It was a great experience and I am so happy I picked this office for my kids. Thank you! Can’t wait to go back in 6 months 🫶

very unprofessional, this is the worst clinic to take your kids. Assistants are unprofessional so is dr patel. Also dirty, seen lots of hair clumps on the chairs and tables. They do not offer any toys or atleast tooth brushes for kids, my kids do not leave happy here. Would definitely not recommend!!!!!!!

I was hoping to resolve a billing issue with an owner/manager but they never gave me a callback as promised multiple times. Even getting a hold of the front desk was hard. I called them during office hours more than a dozen times over the last few months and they only picked up 3 times. They returned my voicemail once. We were in-network patients for 2 years when we suddenly went out of network at this office. We were not told that anything had changed at the office until we got a large bill after a routine exam. They were not able explain how I could have known or prevented this.

They were willing to offer a “deal" but not waive the balance bill. They promised we would be in-network again by the next visit, but I’ve lost trust in their management. Dr. Karan Bath and (previously) Dr. Derek Zhao were great.
