Initially, I had a positive impression of the dentist’s office—it seemed decent, friendly, and accepted our insurance. However, our experience quickly turned when we realized they prioritized their DayDreams facility over their regular dental practice. They neglected patients who didn’t require treatment at DayDreams, favoring those who did (presumably for the higher costs). Despite being told my daughter needed a filling and a sealant, the earliest appointment they offered was four months away.
When that appointment was rescheduled due to the dentist’s absence at DayDreams, the next available slot was six months later. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I sought care elsewhere, only to find my daughter now needing a crown due to the delayed treatment. It’s disappointing that they prioritize DayDreams over their everyday responsibilities, leaving basic dental needs unattended.

***UPDATE*** the business replied to my review and denied that they offer IV Sedation. THEY FORGOT THEY PREFORMED IV SEDATION ON NOT 1 BUT 2 OF MY KIDS BACK IN 2019! WHY ARE THEY LYING?! Look into my kids' records and they'd see thus same office does do IV sedation. They are just refusing it now because my son is on the spectrum. Going to update my review after we hear back from the director but so far, really disheartened by the scheduling woman refusing my disabled son IV sedation for 2 cavities he needs to have filled, for no clear reason except saying the pediatric anesthesiologist is no longer located downstairs in their building so its no convenient. He has full coverage medicaid so its not like insurance would not cover it. My son has severe anxiety and nervousness involving his mouth and teeth, which is why we struggle to help him keep them cavity free, its directly related to his autism spectrum disorder that he's been diagnosed with for several years now. My son barely got through his xrays and cleaning today without breaking down into tears and having a panic attack, becausealthoughwe dont thinkthe tech was overly rough with him, he is just very sensitive when it comes to his mouth. This is just a symptom of his autism.
Which, in his medical past, has only ever exacerbated his anxiety and panic disorder. The woman who told me she didn't want him to have IV sedation, even though previously the office had no issue with it and successfully sedated him years prior, was very cold to me today when I explained to her my concerns about them not allowing it. I do not want my son to have a horrible memory of the dentist and/or have a full fledged panic attack in the office when he could just be asleep during the whole process and have things go much smoother for everyone. She said the best she would be able to do for my son, who is technically an American with a Disability covered under the ADA laws, was laughing gas. This feels like the office, but more so this woman, is discriminating against my son because of his autism. She did not want to hear my concerns as a parent and instead hurried me out of her tiny little office with no answers or reassurance. I even went as far as to say his doctor would have no problem writing a note explaining this need for IV sedation. She simply said no, but she'd see what the director of the office said but that not to expect that person to okay it.
For an office that advertises sedation and trying to help kids in need feel comfortable and have good experiences with the dentist, I'm really feeling like they do not really care about the kids, especially the disabled ones, the way they once did. I pray the director hears from my sons doctor and makes the right choice but I'm feeling very bad about the whole situation as of now. My other 2 children had appointments today also but luckily their experiences were great and all of the staff they and myself encountered were wonderful. The horribly negative part came from the woman that was in charge of surgical scheduling. She doesn't have the best bed side manner at all. Very cold and not very kind at all.

My daughter is disabled and this clinic made us wait 6 months for cavity fillings and then didn't even talk to her or try to get her comfortable before giving up 3 minutes into it. I had told them at the appointment prior that she would not be able to tolerate it and yet they will probably get paid for their lack of care they provided. I would NEVER go back to them. If you are a medicaid patient they treat you as such.
Absolutely unacceptable. The girl that brought us to the room as well was very unhelpful as well. This place is garbage.

The dental assistant attitude we had 1/21/25 was absolutely terrible. She didn't even greet us with a good morning, or a hi. They're not Pro two parent involvement anymore apparently. How are you going to tell us only one parent can come in for you to go get a trainee to come in with you without asking us was it ok.
The service he got was absolutely terrible. I should've known from the terrible attitude of the assistant at the beginning.
