If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m a single mom of two who has faced domestic violence as well as homelessness. I made an appointment for a certain day and time and was called and asked to reschedule though I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make the time they requested I still decided to agree because my children desperately needed care. I missed it . I then rescheduled and had the reschedule that appointment as well. Then they dropped me without even notifying me of the dropped .

Due to me stating this is probably the last time my children will be seen here …. Pretty much the lady caught an attitude and dropped my children and now I’m looking to sue. I hadn’t missed 3 appointments in the year which is their policy . On top of that they were constantly emailing me to make an appointment and they said I was dropped on April 21 yet they sent my daughter a happy birthday on April 22.

Which is probably the best pediatric dentistry I've ever had the pleasure of taking my kids to. I have three boys and I've had to take them individually this week for the first time to the dentist appointment. Each time they've gone they were able to leave with a price/toy for how well they do. And each of them were able to get a miniature dragon put this on the end of the story.

Unfortunately there was two times that I came and there was no more of these dragons from my other two kids but Little Smiles Dentistry went above and beyond always being open and able to switch out toys for the kids and giving them exactly what they were looking for. Now I have three boys with excellent smiles and 3 miniature of dragons at home which have loving kids to play with them. Other than their excellent customer service skills. All of the dental assistants and doctors are excellent and treat every kid just like they should be.

I'm so happy to have found a place like this and I'm so grateful for everyone that works there. I recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a pediatric dentistry for their children.

I needed an urgent check up for my daughter and this was the only place that was able to take her right away. My appointment was at 9:20 and got called to the back at 9:21, the fastest I have ever been called! The front desk was so helpful, Dani helped me get checked quickly and Karen helped explain what my insurance will pay for! Shay took care of us in the back and made sure to make my daughter feel comfortable. She realized she was nervous and calmed her nerves right away.

Dr Mathisen was great at informing my daughter of every step she was doing during her procedure as my daughter had a lot of questions. But she did a great job! The whole team made this a great experience :)
