Gotcha life cake Cake

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Bernard for a few years, she loves going to the dentist now, and that was not always the case. She used to be afraid to go, but she really feels comfortable with him. He always makes it a fun and safe experience for her.

He will even come say hi to us in the waiting room even before we go back!! Little things like that mean a lot to us both!! He has a way of relating with children that really makes going to the dentist a very enjoyable experience for them. He moved from his former office in the Milwaukee area, and she told me she really wants to stay with him. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will definitely follow Dr. Bernard!!

My experience with Little Sprouts Dental & Dr. Bernard has been nothing but a positive one! Dr. Bernard is like a breath of fresh air for pediatric dentistry with his very upbeat, energetic personality. At our recent check up, he interacted with my boys in a very kid friendly manner & took the time to really engage with them throughout the visit.

He addressed all of my concerns & was very knowledgeable in the information he provided. Our hygienist was also very friendly & patient. She took the time to explain and show my kids everything first to make sure they were comfortable before she did anything. When we had to return for a procedure, my son was nervous but I was thankfully allowed to come back & sit next to him the whole time.

Dr. Bernard reassured my son of everything that was going to happen, gave my son time to ask questions, & did a great job talking him through all the hard parts. At the end he praised him for how well he did through a difficult thing. My son left feeling so proud of himself & excited to come back!

I rarely write reviews, but was disheartened by my experience with the new dentist. We were 13 minutes late and it was an appointment scheduled just to check if cavities were progressing on my son. We were told we couldn’t be seen with the 17 remaining minutes of our scheduled time. I asked to just speak with the dentist about our treatment plan.

He came into the lobby and said he couldn’t be late for his 3:30 appointment (who wasn’t there) and told me he couldn’t fill cavities in molars with braces on the front teeth. He stated “he told the family” not to get braces put on, but they were on when he originally diagnosed the cavities. Overall, rude and disrespectful and would never let him treat my children.
