I have been going to Dr. Lloyd for well over 10 years, and I am very disappointed to say the least. I had to get two fill ins done that were side by side. I have never had any problems until recently. During my official LAST visit I felt like my dental work was rushed, Dr. Lloyd kept looking away, pausing during my work, carrying on a conversation outside of the doorway (which to me seems like a HIPPA violation) with someone I do not know, and I felt very uncomfortable since I felt like Dr.

Lloyd was not being attentive to my dental work. Since my fill ins were still bothering me (I still felt rough edges), I had to go to another dentist that had to REDO BOTH of my fill ins and the new dentist FOUND ANOTHER cavity that needed a fill in (which again Dr. Lloyd did not mention to me). I do not feel comfortable going back to have any dental work done at this location and I hope that they improve in their service.

I have been a patient here for years with me and my son >4… when we was first started things were truly amazing as each year progressed wait times were longer, attention to detail or complaints less, and just downright extreme wait times for apts or calls received to change apts to months away after already waiting months.

I hate that I have gotten used to this dentist but I desperately need to find me and my son a new dentist

Dr. Lloyd does not listen to his patients at ALL. Refuses to cap my two teeth that need it and has redone two filling countless times from where they keep falling out. One of those said teeth is VERY sensitive and I was put through extreme and unnecessary pain as he refused to numb it and talked condescendingly during and after the procedure.

Plus,despite being a patient since I was very young (and believe me the service has gone downhill) it takes months to get in. I had to wait for those two fillings to be replaced for two months and the only reason it didn't take longer is because thats when my cleaning was supposed to be,the cleaning was moved to a little over a month from now. Heavily considering canceling even if another dentist has not been found by then.

My children and I have been going here for about a year, I have been to multiple dentist in my life and Dr Lloyd and his staff are amazing!! I recently moved an hour away and refuse to switch to a local dentist if that tells you anything!! Not to mention the appointment are thorough yet super quick, it takes me longer to get there than it does to have a procedure done
