I recently changed Dental practices due to retirement of my previous dentist. I live in Lockport and decided to try Lockport Dental Group. They have been excellent top to bottom and start to finish. I was treated by Dr. Shah, one of their newest members. She does excellent work and has great professional chairside manner.

I have been there three times now and their service is flawless. The front desk personnel are all knowledgeable, fast, polite and a pleasure to work with. I had some questions regarding billing and insurance and those questions were answered quickly and accurately with no "hold" or "call-u-back". Wow! I wish everybody I had to do business with was this good! Thank you all for your professionalism and great service.

I've been going to Lockport Dental for 50+years. Never once did I have a bad experience. My teeth were cleaned by all their great Hygienists, those that left, retired, and still there today. And, the one and only dentist I would go to was so genuine, caring, and awesome. Unfortunately, Dr. Jack J Mitchell and his assistant Cheryl both retired a few years ago. But now I am seeing a new dentist whom I truly trust and believe is just as great.

Her name is Dr. Shaw. Actually, I just saw Dr. Shaw today and both her and her assistant took great care of me. One more thing, I can't say enough about the ladies at the front desk who are so welcoming, kind, courteous and most of all efficient.
