Following a fall I took I made a bad tooth worse and had very bad pain with this tooth. After calling around I found Lockport Family dental care. They got me right in that day and began treatment to prepare me for tooth extraction. Fast forward to tooth extraction day, they got me right in, made me feel so comfortable despite my nervousness of not being at a dentist office for years as life has kept me so busy.
Lorraine was absolutely wonderful, so patient, explained everything, and did a remarkable job. I am now recovering from all this and know after years I have found my new dentist and feel so comfortable with them. This place was a God send and everyone was so patient, understanding, and down right fantastic. Thank you to Tracy, Dawn, and especially Lorraine for all your help, patience, and understanding! Look forward to seeing you at my next checkup!! Update: It's August 2024 and I had my visit for more work and cleaning and Dawn was absolutely wonderful!!! So understanding and patient with my situation.
