Sent here by our family dentist for our son. Went for our initial appointment, went fine. When it came time to do the pre-op paperwork & deposit, it was on a day when we were going to be experiencing a terrible snow storm. As we live 2 hours from the specialist, I called to explain my concerns about our 4 hour round trip in white out conditions, & see if there was any way we could do the paperwork online (since so far the other forms had been digital) & do e-transfer for the deposit. The answer was a flat “it has to be in person.

” There was no offer to look for a different day or to compromise, we had to drive down. Which is wild in 2025 that there were not more digital options. On the way there, I heard a radio ad for a different sedation clinic closer to home, which after calling could do what we needed. When I called London Pediatric back to tell them we had decided to go somewhere else, the receptionists response was simple “okay thanks for letting us know. ” They had no interest in why we decided to go somewhere else, no asking if there was something they could have done different.

It felt very cold, & left me feeling like my son & my family was more of a pay check than people. After going to the other clinic & having only the initial appointments to compare, Hanover Dental Sedation has warmer staff, more thorough explanations, & more options for my son. If you’re from Bruce County, go to Hanover instead.

As a parent who has dental anxiety I wanted to ensure my son wouldn't have the same negative connotation to dentists that I do. With the being said my son loves it here. He has had 2 appointments since his teeth erupted. He is never nervous in the office and the staff are so kind.

I cannot express how amazing they have been to my family. They are patient and educated both myself and my husband on steps to keep our young ones teeth healthy and how that goes further then just brushing.

We had an Absolutely amazing first experience at London Pediatric dentistry! All staff was super kind, and patient. Took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure any questions or concerns were addressed right away. Highly recommend!

Dr. Beattie has provided outstanding dental care for both of our children, ages 5 and 8. Our 5-year-old required extensive treatment, and Dr. Shawn was fantastic in explaining everything and working patiently with her. His positive attitude and meticulous approach were exceptional.

His assistant Hillary and the front desk team were equally wonderful to work with from the start. Our 8-year-old, who has ASD, has never had a better dental experience. The soothing atmosphere, along with the kindness of Dr. Shawn and his team, made all the difference, and we look forward to future visits.
