London Sherwood Dental Office has an exceptional team that are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Each time I go I always leave feeling good and it is reassuring knowing that this team of people are outstanding at their jobs. Dr Gee and her team continue to educate themselves with the latest technology and developments in the dental field. My experience with other dental offices has not been positive and I would be full of anxiety the entire time.

After over 3 years of coming to London Sherwood Dental Office I arrive positive, without the anxiety and panic I used to deal with. I 100% think this dental office is exceptional. .

I have been worried and uncomfortable for almost a year I was going to lose one of my lower front incisors. I was seen by Dr Lee, who fixed the problem by installing a wire bridge behind my lower incisors. I feel better already--almost six hours after the procedure--and I now can bite and eat more confidently! I'm going back to Dr Lee for a similar treatment on my upper incisors a week from today and hope I'll get good results.

A word of gratitude is due to Vivian and Eve, the clinic receptionists for being very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ge is fantastic—always professional, patient, and genuinely caring toward her patients. She consistently offers excellent advice and guidance for any dental concerns. The hygienist is wonderful and makes the teeth cleaning process comfortable and stress-free. The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Overall, every visit is a great experience!

Unethical and unprofessional! The worst experience that I have ever had. They only wanted to take my money by hard selling but they are not caring at all. I don’t want to give 1 star if I could give 0 star. In Feb 2024, I had a tooth abscess at my No. 26 teeth and Dr. Usha Sedhain recommended me to carry out root canal to heal the infection. The staff told me that a specialist dentist was arranged for my surgery. I expected that a specialist dentist would use microscope during the root canal treatment, but he didn’t. The root canal treatment was completed in Mar 2024, the tooth abscess infection only turned smaller but it was still noticeable on my gum. Originally, I thought that the infection would take time to heal as Dr. Usha Sedhain was not cared about my tooth abscess at all during the follow up checking and filling. I wanted to give some more time to observe the healing of the tooth abscess, but the staff urged me to complete the crown implantation ASAP to avoid cracking the teeth which was temporarily filled. Thus, I was very worried, and I made the crown implantation appointment in June 2024. After Dr.

Ge trimmed my teeth for making the crown model, I felt some pain on that night. I raised a concern that the tooth abscess was still here, but Dr. Ge only offered prescription antibiotics for me. Dr. Ge implanted the crown for my teeth with unhealed tooth abscess which demonstrated her negligence and unprofessionalism. I had a bad feeling that they only wanted to get the operations done and took my money. In Jan 2025, I visited another dentist to carry out my routine checkup. Surprisingly, she informed me after checking the x-ray that my No. 26 teeth (i. e. No. 14 teeth in US) was still seriously infected and would require a retreatment at the specialist endodontic dentist. Thus, I immediately arranged a checkup at the referred endodontic dentist. I was shocked by the size of the infection as shown on the CT scan.

The specialist recommended that 6 months of observation after re-treatment would be required before considering filling the crown. As you can see, I am devastated about the treatments carried out at London Sherwood Dental Care. Not only it was a waste of money but also causing me more suffering. I would seriously consider filing a complaint on all 3 dentists to the dental associations. I am sure that the tooth is not reinfected because the tooth abscess never disappears after I finished my root canal, and those 3 dentists of London Sherwood Dental Care just ignore my situation. The horrible thing was that they continued to impact the crown on my unhealed tooth. Their practice was unethical, and this was the evidence of their negligence. Moreover, I was not informed of any follow up checking until Nov 2024 which was only a routine regular check-up (didn’t mention checking of root canal tooth) which was 5 months after the crown implantation. That gave me a false belief that the tooth was healed with a minimal tooth abscess remained. I had no understanding that a root canal tooth would be continuously infected without any caring or follow up. But now, they claim that my tooth is reinfected, which is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time and money here!!!!
