I came to Long Island Dental sleep medicine because I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. My AHI was 19.2 and I was sleeping terribly. Dr. Seltzer made me an oral appliance and my AHI dropped to 1.3. My CO2 levels in my sleep have been unhealthy for nine years. They are now at a healthy level and now I sleep very well. The EVO appliance is amazing!.

I had my recent follow up at Long Island Dental sleep medicine. Upon arrival, I was met by Cathy and the friendly staff at the front desk. They are always very cheery. I was brought into the room and met one of the techs Melissa. I was there to have an inspection on the oral device that I use for sleeping. As always, she followed through and asked me important questions on how I was doing from my last visit. She proceeded to take my vitals. She also did an overall thorough inspection of the mouthpiece, assuring me that everything was very good.

Always caring. She was very helpful and does an amazing job. I felt very comfortable working with her. She had asked me if I had any questions , which I did not. I left that location with a full sense of security . The staff, dentist , and Melissa all go above and beyond to make the patient feel at ease. She is well trained to provide dental care and very supportive with courtesy and professionalism.
