I was referred to Dr. Pacinelli about a year ago. I was having major work done and he was highly recommended for the prosthodontics work. I just got my final teeth and I am simply blown away. They look and feel perfect.

He and his entire office are friendly, incredibly competent, and well organized. They have always been on time, the offices are spotless, and I have the highest regards for them. My sister is a retired dentist and she looked at the work and thought it was exceptional. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My mom's dentist referred us to Dr. Pacinelli after being unable to create the dentures she needed. He described this practice as the best and that is correct. Mom has been assisted by three doctors -- Dr. Pacinelli, Dr. Fraccalvieri and Dr.

Torres, along with a dynamite staff of capable, skilled, courteous professionals, including the folks at the front desk. I can't praise them highly enough for working so hard on mom's dentures, finetuning as needed and even coming through when she lost a set. They are fine people and excellent practitioners. We are very grateful for them.

I had a consultation with Andrew pacinelli January 2024. I needed a specialist to restore my upper teeth which had decay from 19 year old crowns. He seemed to be skilled &seasoned having an analytical mind to solve complications. He seemed honest with a comfortable presence. We started with impressions for a temporary retainer & for my final crowns. My restoration also included 3 root canals by an exceptional Endodontist, Shawn pobiner. Had 2 surgeries with pacinelli - one a demolition of my old crowns & decay removal. Months later, surgery to remove decay under gumline. He did well and he & his assistant were focused and attentive. His assistant told me the dental Lab delivered my crowns. I asked if they checked them, she said oh yes, we always do. I asked if any issues with shape or aesthetics - she said we send back as we want our patients to be happy. My long awaited appointment to receive my $21,750. 00 crowns . & bridge - august 1. Had a Call From the Office to see if I could come in earlier as all wanted to wrap up the day early. . I arrived & walked into treatment room & both pacinelli & his assistant were watching the Olympics on television… it continued the 30 minutes I was in the dental chair…. . he gets my teeth, showed me, they both sat next to me, removed my temporary, quick 2 sprays to clean mouth.

I asked for mouthwash…. . he inserts my crowns & hands me a mirror. He scoots over near tv, asks me how teeth look, I said better than the temporary, but…& they slipped out of my mouth. He said ‘ I’m going to use temporary adhesive as we dont know if you will need an extraction of front tooth & asks me if that’s ok. I said perfect, yes, thank you for remembering. He scoots over, placed adhesive in teeth and hands me the mirror. He’s on my left side. He’s watching tv - and I’m waiting, saying ‘ hello?’. I noticed front teeth had an abnormal space & asked him if can fix, he said NO. I noticed the left lateral was long & asked if can shorten a little. He did. I’m still with the mirror and i said something is still very off, don’t know what it is - I could not see my side profiles. He’s still watching tv. He never sat in front of me nor checked right profile. dental doctors are supposed to examine the teeth carefully as well as check the bite obviously. I knew he was too distracted as was his assistant, so I said how about we deal with perfecting & adjustments on a next visit. He said ok… i had to pay the 7250. 00 3rd installment as was in payment schedule having no thought or doubt he would see me again to complete treatment. I called to schedule mid august after the us opens finalized for obvious reasons.

Evelyn said she would ask him how much time needed & call me back - I also told her my teeth were asymmetrical . & sent pictures… received voicemail from Evelyn saying dr p saw the pictures and said NOTHING I CAN DO. That was all. he had to say. Case of paid & done???? I emailed to ask why he said nothing can be done as he knew I was coming in to perfect & easy to do with temporary adhesive. No response. Another email sent September - no response. October sent another email requesting response & where did he use temporary adhesive as I need another dentist to remake right side. The monetary sparked a response. Office manager said no refund. She said no other doctor would touch his work,. I said where did he use temporary adhesive, she blurted out he used permanent cement all over. OMG. Prior I had mentioned my left 2 teeth too long and cutting my tongue & biting surface and bottom of teeth never smoothed out. I asked that pacinelli email me as he absolutely asked approval to use temporary adhesive, & why did he use permanent? He absolutely agreed to finish at another appointment and why not answer my emails avoiding my questions. Obviously as he made a mistake by using permanent cement & didn’t want to disclose. Can’t remove!!!!!Serious errors -his financial gain & my losses. Does not stand by his work, not reputable. Nor does he care!!!!! Awful costly experience & continues

Dr Andrew Pacinelli, Incompetent or maybe a fraud for not disclosing his ability. Disappointing Experience with My dental implants I had a full upper dental implant done at Dr Andrew Pacinelli several years ago, and unfortunately, it has not held up well and it’s falling apart. When I initially discussed the procedure with the doctor, I have specifically requested zirconia implants, after several failures with zirconia, he admitted to me that he is not experience with Zirconia and could only use metal implants and ceramic. Since I had no choice at this point, I agreed to proceed.

Now, after just a few years, my implants are falling apart, which is extremely frustrating and concerning given the significant investment I made. I expected long-lasting results, but instead, I am now facing additional expenses and the hassle of repairing or replacing them. Dr Pacinelli would not stand behind his work. I would not recommend dr Pacinelli to anyone considering dental implants.

The durability and quality have not met any expectations. I looking into pursuing legal action to get refund meanwhile, I found another clinic they can do much better job ‘Four ever smile’ in Hauppauge
