Kirsti and Mimi are the best hygienists. They are professional and comprehensive. My kids are treated at dental care for more than 10 years, and I switched to Dental Care adult this year, and wishes I had switched 10 years earlier!

I have been going to this dental office for several years and I have to say that overall, the dentists themselves are pretty good. However, over the years, I have been noticing that the customer service, in particular with the office manager, has been free falling. Their absence of communication is absolutely deplorable. This is very regrettable because it absolutely ruins the customer experience. Consequently, I would recommend trying another office before this one.

Update: Case and point: After posting this review, the office manager called me to let me know that "my file was ready to be sent to any other office". 1) I am kicked out of that office for speaking out the truth 2) instead of improving the situation, the office manager dismisses me, a fabulous proof of customer service 3) being insured through Husky, I am considered a second class citizen and second class customer not worthy of basic customer service. This is revolting and scandalous.

I am a disabled person with a medical alert service dog. Despite the sign that says “No Pets - Service Dogs Allowed”, they refused me the second I opened the door. Not only that, but this woman—the blond one with the buzzcut—insisted they have the right to refuse me because of their “policy.

” If you are disabled, or need any sort of accommodation, DO NOT go here. They do not care about you.
