I'm younger but needed full dentures upper and lower and they look like temporary dentures which my insurance company said I would have no copay on and they wanted $980 copay on the dentures well the first visit the nurse spent about 30 seconds with me and asked me if my dentures thick correctly and being so new to dentures I said no they are falling out of my mouth so she took some denture paste and my bottom dentures were falling out and their professionalism went out the door as soon as I got my dentures and I did not go back for denture adjustments I have to use polident ultra hold denture cream at $10 a tube.

They don't care about you as a customer they just want your money stay far far away from these people The dentist himself as he was making the mold on the bottom for the maker of the dentures had his fingers crooked in my mouth in the left side of my bottom dentures stick into my tongue I am trying to find another dentist because I have crappy insurance to get real dentures not these ones made at jails or prisons.

So I have suffered from day one with these dentures and the $980 copay was like a smack in the face after speaking with my insurance company over and over that the dentures would be covered and there would be no copay I have yet to talk to the insurance company about this but every time I call I don't get my appointed representative so I get a different agent every time and have to explain the whole story over and over and nothing is done about the $1,000 copay that I wouldn't have paid $200 new for these dentures they are crap I have to use so much denture paste that I have to use peroxide along with the polident cleaning tablets

DROPPED! Walters's office had a very difficult time communicating the required information for the procedure to United Healthcare. This has been going on since my April 3rd appointment. It's now the end of July and I still don't have approval for my procedure. So, out of the blue, we recently received a letter from Walter's office telling us they have dropped us as a patient because.

While I understand that working with a large corporation can be challenging, I don't understand why the dentist left me hanging with a hole in my tooth. Go figure. What happened to good business sense?
