I called with an EMERGENCY to get a tooth extracted that's calling me extreme pain. The person that answered the phone was completely rude and pretty much referred me to another dental institution. I guess I'll be taking a trip to the emergency room instead for the pain

I cannot recommend enough! I was in such horrible pain and so fearful I would have to wait for weeks for such an urgent pain. It was such a relief to get quality dental care and so quickly! My husband was experiencing tremendous pain for the last week, he couldn’t eat or drink and was getting no sleep because it was so unbearable. He went to his regular dentist who couldn’t offer much help in the moment due to how busy he was, but scheduled to see him again in another 2 weeks. He thought he could manage the pain until then, but it wasn’t working out that way.

Desperate for relief we called every dentist within a 3 hour drive to see if anyone could get him in today. Either they weren’t open or they wouldn’t come in outside of hours unless you were a regular patient. Urgent dental care in Louisville was the only dental practice who helped my husband! It was worth the drive, he called afterwards and said he could cry because of how much better he felt after seeing their amazing staff.

I am so thankful for their patience, empathy and ability to figure out what was going on and creating a solution for him. They took so much stress off our plate, there are no words for how grateful we are to them.
