Love that they open bright & early! I was in right at 7am & out before 7:30! Everyone is friendly, cheerfully dressed alike, competent, confident, and efficient. I recommend Dr Lowe to anyone hands down. The staff is incredibly nice and Dr Lowe always give you his undivided attention when he gets to you and is always more than willing to answer all your questions. I will be taking my daughter there soon to get her braces done. 1000% recommend them.

Calm Kids

I was referred to Dr. Lowe's office by our much-loved family dentist Dr. Tremblay - I trust our dentist with my four kids and that in itself means a lot! When he referred us to Dr. Lowe, I had already taken one of my teens to a few different orthodontists to get a sense of their treatment plan and get an estimate (braces sometimes cost more than cars I've owned, so getting a few different referrals and cost breakdowns is recommended). When we went into Dr.

Lowe's office I walked into a lovely waitroom with kind and attentive front staff at a desk. There was a cartoon movie softly playing so my younger kids were entertained while I spoke with the front staff. Everyone from the dental specialists, schedulers, financial specialist, and to the orthodontist, were so kind and thoughtful. It wasn't the cheapest of the all the estimates, but it was similarly priced, so not outlandish - and it was certainly the location most worth it's financial value - for many reasons! About two years later, they have stuck to their projected plan - they recommended surgery that went well to help a tooth move from the roof of his mouth, they followed up whenever I forgot to schedule a f/u appt, and the front office helped keep us on track during a bit of a rough patch with our kids' health. I very much appreciate the conscientious way they would communicate about all the topics we covered over the last couple years.

Some of the staff have kids in the district as well, and it's lovely to see someone who is local and involved in the community. I still am appreciative of the referral to this office, and so incredibly happy we've chosen Lowe's. Definitely come highly recommended from me! :-) R. Calm & the kids
