Do not go there! Horrible service. The turnover is horrible. The wife walks around with dementia, mean, screwing up accounts. They cant keep anyone. He runs them off and so does the daughter. The front desk girls throw their garbage right on the floor and are so lazy they can't put it in a can. Fact!! I cleaned for them. for many years and got screwed over by them. FACT! They wouldnt even pay me for my cleaning services when I quit.

Very poor dental care!!! Had a dry socket from a tooth pulled and they wouldnt even answer the phones to get help. Took 3 days then no follow up what so ever! Told jim and he could have cared less. Just looked at me. They poop along side the toilets and they blow them up with feces so bad its disgusting no cleaning products. It needs shut down everything is old and outdated and no new technology. They cant even sell . .

Yesterday, I called for a near urgent appointment to address an abscess tooth. Less than 20 hours later I walked out a very happy fellow. These folks are top shelf. Being 70+ years old with bad teeth genes I have been through a lot of dentistry. Some good. Non compares to Dr. Donley, Lumbertown Dental. Trust me. Pam is a great assistant too btw. Thank you all. I came across Lumbertown dental while looking for a denstist accepting new patients. I had put off going to the dentist for years and was in pain. They got me in and delt with the problem tooth extremely fast. Afterwords I had a thorough exam and we put together a treatment plan. I was given options based on costs and the pros and cons of each option.

After deciding on a plan, I was given a cost of each procedure. The staff has been very friendly. They work with my schedule and my quality of life is vastly improving. I have been very happy with this office.
