Luminous Smiles was highly recommended to me by another person who has Essence Adv. Select. They were very pleased with the results of their dental care. I made an appointment for Monday. The Thursday prior to the appointment I lost a veneer on a tooth in the front. I considered calling my former dentist.

My wife suggested calling Luminous Smiles to see if they could get me in sooner. They moved my appt. to 8am the next day. Great personel and great service. I am very pleased.

If you are in the Arnold, Imperial, or St. Louis County area, I can’t recommend Dr. Dilisio and the team at Luminous Smiles enough. I’ve been so grateful to have found this office. We’ve faced a range of dental challenges with our kids—from enamel issues to severe overcrowding, and even a few missing adult teeth.

Dr. Dilisio has expertly guided us through each situation with thoughtful recommendations and truly amazing results. Dental issues can be stressful and overwhelming, but she has a calm, clear way of walking you through everything—and it makes a big difference. We also absolutely love the hygienists! We've actually followed Tina to three different offices over the years. She's wonderful—and so is the entire hygiene team.

They’re kind, gentle, and fantastic with kids. The front desk staff is equally amazing—they’re responsive, flexible with scheduling, quick to accommodate emergencies, and very helpful when it comes to insurance. Dr. Dilisio and her staff have made a huge difference for our family, and we highly recommend this office!
