I don’t like the dentist. . NORMALLY. But this was a completely different experience.

I went in there with sweaty palms, discombobulated and nervous. But I was greeted by a kind front desk, with employees who looked happy to be there , chatting amongst themselves. The waiting room was clean and open, there was good parking. My dental hygienist had blue eyelashes and a pretty smile and a kind heart! She really calmed me made me feel welcome and didnt make me feel bad for not having perfect teeth, just gave me good suggestions and told me that i actually looked good! Even when i just went to another dentist and they made me feel like scum for not coming to the dentist more often.

LWSS was a whole new ballgame. All the ladies at the front desk are sweet and so accommodating I don’t know how insurance works but they did all the heavy lifting. 10/10 ! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I can’t wait to go back… to the dentist!! That’s crazy! Thank you LWSS , for curing my 23 year long fear!

When I walked in receptionist acknowledge me by speaking and letting me know she would be with me. The dental hygienist was welcoming. Also. She ask me questions then example to me what she will be doing.The doctor did a thorough examine and explains everything I needed and what she recommended what I didn't needed. Good impression, my first time.

When I called to make my first appointment, they were able to squeeze me in the next day probably due to some cancelled appointments. I was grateful that I didn't have to wait until Fall! The appointment itself went very smoothly and any concerns I had about my teeth were addressed. The dental hygienest who did my cleaning was professional, informative, and pleasant to chat with.

For the past 20+years I have been visiting this office. My wife and my son eventually joined in. This has always been a very professional service provider. The dentists, the hygienist, technical staff and front desk have always been super nice. The office manager (Donna) has always been so helpful in resolving any issues. She will take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

I was always seen in a timely manner and never had to wait for any extended period. The female dentist (can’t recall her name, she looks Indian) is the best ever. She is very caring, very sweet personality and goes above and beyond for patient satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
