I had an overall great experience at M1 Dentistry. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dentist was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of care was excellent—I was in very good hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great dentistry with a warm, supportive team.

Sum Walk

I took my 11 yo here in a daytime emergency situation as she had chipped her two (adult) front teeth at school. We were referred here by our previous dentist who retired months earlier and we'd not yet been. When I called to inquire about being seen and the circumstances M1 able to get us in within an hour and a half and staff was super supportive through every step. Erica answered my initial questions and made the appointment. Once we arrived the space was modern, clean and open.

We were seen promptly. The exam room was spacious with a spot for me to stay with my daughter, well lit with a full window making it feel open; not stuffy or dull. Dr. Natalie, with the help of Kristen, made my daughter feel comfortable in the space and with conversation while she endured 2+ hours in the chair while Dr. Natalie rebuilt the missing part of the 2 broken teeth.

They stayed present (didn't pop in and out for other patients) and answered any questions I had. We will follow up in a week but for now it looks like her teeth are whole again with somewhat minimal noticeable transition from real tooth to filler. Updated after follow-up appt: Dr Natalie spent another 2 hours to rework the filler and polish to make the teeth look beautiful and remove any signs of transition. You can tell she (and the team) consider it an art and take pride in the work!!

My husband, I and two kids 11 & 15 had our teeth cleaned today by Paula. The experience was great , The office staff & Dr. were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a professional, clean friendly place!

We recently moved, and needed to find a new dentist. The M1 staff was courteous and professional. It was very easy to start as a new patient. I appreciate the thoroughness of the cleaning and exam I received. Paula, my hygienist, was friendly and put me at ease.
