Was looking for a new dental office and I am happy to say I have found it! The front desk was the most communicative of any medical office I have ever been to. Called several times prior to appointment to confirm insurance and they provided excellent counsel. (I had a new policy with some complications. ) Jen was my hygienist and she was equally excellent.

Pleasant to talk with and great communicator about what she was doing and what she was seeing. Positive experience all the way around.

I visited this dental office two years ago and was told I had five cavities. I went through drilling, which caused ongoing tooth sensitivity. At a follow-up visit days later, they did not fix the sensitivity and told me I had a sixth cavity. Today, I got a second opinion from a different dentist and was told I have no cavities at all.

Since cavities don’t heal on their own, this means the original diagnosis was likely incorrect. I now believe I received unnecessary treatment that caused long-term discomfort. This has seriously affected my trust in this practice, and I would not recommend them to others.
