“A life changing experience” might sound like overkill when discussing teeth, but my experience at Smile truly made me and my better. My teeth were a mess, worn down, cracked with one spot that didn’t hurt when I ate. Forget drinking anything cold. Finally made the call and a few minutes in I knew I should have done it years ago. Dr. Joe is awesome, from the first conversation I knew that they weren’t selling me a service, they wanted to make me better. I had my idea of what I wanted to do, but Dr’s. Joe and Tony convinced me to go a different direction.

I made the finally decision, but they made it an informed decision. Like any dental procedure, having fingers in your mouth is not fun, but keeping in mind the end goal made it easier. One of the coolest things about my experience came when Dr. Tony asked me what I wanted my smile to look like. I thought it was pretty a standard look, but it’s not. I spent the evening looking at men’s smile until found what I wanted. I can’t stress enough what I thought was a perfect smile is exactly what Dr. Tony did for me.

My teeth look awesome and work great as well. Hot/cold doesn’t matter, I can chew on both sides and I can finally chew gum again - A Life Changing Experience! Now that my experience at Smile is coming to a close, it’s a bittersweet moment. Not only are Drs. Joe and Tony and the staff professionals, but through all of this they’ve become friends. Appointments took longer because we needed to catch up on what was going on in our lives before getting started. Great people! If you have the slightest idea of contacting Smile don’t wait, if nothing else you might make a friend. Thank you everyone at Smile, you’re the best!!

I procrastinated getting dental care for far too long. Eventually, I was too embarrassed to see a dentist and was afraid to be criticized for length of time since last visit. I was forced to deal with my teeth when I lost a front tooth and was embarrassed. That’s when I found MADE and Dr. Pallotto. From my first office visit through the entire process I was very comfortable and was treated SO professionally.

No judgement, no lectures and no pressure. I received entire all on 4 arch and it looks amazing. I can’t thank MADE and their entire staff enough for all the follow up texts and calls making sure I was satisfied and comfortable. Special thanks to Josephine for making me feel comfortable throughout the process and to Dr Pallotto for his attention to detail, professional and friendly demeanor, as well as, his incredible work. I never thought I would feel so good showing my smile! I would without hesitating, recommend them for anyone needing implants.
