Magna Dental are amazing. . L was great Dr Kim amazing. . but when I found out I was paying twice the price than than most Dentist whith my insurance i stopped going . . my my husband had a quote to replace dentures 2200 with insurance he went another place and pd 231 dollars with insurance. . wonderful staff and wonderful Dentist but 90%more than any other dentist . . I left a review in April . . but iam leaving another . . I went back even though I said I would not. . only because the work they had done on my teeth that I pd 2000 for cleaning and fillings started bothering me.

. when I called they said there would be no charge . . but another lie from this place. . I was there 10 minutes and was charged 127. 00 to tell me to give it a few more weeks and blow air on my teeth. . what ever you do stay away from this place unless you have great insurance or are rich. . . . The staff are still great but Dentist way over charge. . .

I called on the recommendation of my orthodontist to get a tooth removed as part of my treatment plan. Magna Dental insisted that I come in for a visit so their dentist could take a look before providing an estimate—but they still wanted to charge me just for that visit. They were unable to give even a ballpark estimate without a paid consultation.

I found this really frustrating and unhelpful. I won’t be going there and would recommend others to stay away as well.

By far the worst dental office me and my family have ever been. They will try and make you believe that you need a ton of dental work and then will try to scam your insurance company for dental work that was not even completed at the time of the visit. When the insurance company completes their due diligence and does not cover anything that they were billed for.

Then you will receive bills that the amount due is your responsibly and charge fees on top of that. This dental office definitely takes advantage of the Hispanic community and Immigrants that do not understand or even speak English, making them pay for procedures that are not even necessary.
