Everyone was very nice and professional and they got the job done not only very quickly but also perfectly!! No pain during or after, I'm so excited that I finally have found a Dentist office in Chillicothe that is professional, courteous and also very accommodating they seem like they will work with you on anything. 10/10 Love it!! Horrible! When making appt. I was very specific on cost for service since it is a visit w/o insurance. I was told enthusiastically about the $99 special for full X-rays & cleaning & they would also ket me know about wisdom teeth.

Appt. took about 15 min no cleaning & a referral for wisdom teeth w/ a bill for over $200! No apology I was just told that their call center made appt & gave me wrong info! WTH?

I had a broken molar that I needed pulled, but I had never had a tooth pulled while awake. I had put it off for as long as humanly possible, which was honestly just way too long. I finally made an appt, got seen in about a month, and they scheduled me out about 5 months to have the extraction. However, they did put me on a cancelation list, and called two times in the next month to get me in.

I finally went in today, and honestly, I was terrified. Dr. Arsanious, I believe his name is, was kind, he explained everything that he was doing, he constantly asked me if I was okay, and did his best to reassure me and set me at ease. The numbing shots were the worst part, but they were tolerable.

Once he had me numbed up, he had that tooth out in less than a minute and a half. All of the staff have been super kind and understanding. As someone who had a horrible experience with a dentist when I was younger, I would definitely recommend these guys, and I will see them again for all my dental needs.
