Having been a patient for a couple years I have had a good experience for the most part. I started having tooth pain in a lower molar which has been really bothering me for the past 4 days. I also believe I may have a sinus issue that could be associated with the pain. I needed to find out what could be the issue and called for an emergency x-ray to rule out either one. I understand that a last minute appointment is difficult to fit in, but they gave me an appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early.

I sat there for over an hour, and during that time saw my dentist walk by several times along with my hygienist who noticed me sitting there in pain, and neither of them acknowledged me or showed any concern. I got up and left and made an appointment with another dentist who promptly got me in. I never received a call back from them with any concern as to why I left or how my pain was doing. Very disappointed in this practice.
