Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Clinic I had a very frustrating experience with this dental clinic and would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place. The main issue was with their handling of insurance documents. It took them *months* to send my documents to the insurance company, which is completely unacceptable. Even when they finally submitted something, they only sent one X-ray, leaving out other necessary documents. This means the process is still incomplete, and I’m now told it will take another *30 days* for the insurance to approve everything once the clinic finally submits the remaining documents.

The lack of efficiency and communication has been incredibly disappointing. It feels like my time and needs were not prioritized at all. If you value your time and want a smooth experience, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This clinic has caused nothing but delays and frustration.

Terrible Customer Service – Still Waiting After 4 Months I had a tooth extraction at this clinic four months ago, and I’ve been calling them ever since to send the necessary documents to my insurance for claim approval. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never submitted the required paperwork. After months of waiting and getting nowhere, I finally requested my X-ray so I could go elsewhere—and unsurprisingly, that was the only document they ever bothered to send.

Their lack of responsibility has cost me time, money, and a lot of frustration. If you need a clinic that actually cares about their patients after the procedure, look elsewhere. This is in the 18 wynford location never go here

These guys made us wait just under two hours and then once they finally saw my nephew they extracted the wrong tooth. As an apology they offered to waive a small amount to extract the correct tooth. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve already filed a formal complaint. I would strongly advise against coming here.
