No anxiety when I make a dentist appointment!!! :) I like coming to Main Family Dental Care. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I have been coming here for years and they really do make you feel like family. You are treated like a person, not a customer. I also have been bringing my son since the age of 5, he is now 17. They make him feel very comfortable and explain everything they do. The dentists are highly skilled and extremely professional.

We are always greeted with a smile! Dr G is understanding and compassionate. . Highly recommended. . .

The whole team were so great to me. I have a lot of anxiety for dentist unfortunately, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for even just X-rays and an exam. I’m sure they’ll exceed expectations for my fillings and deep cleanings. Recommend is an understatement

Where do I begin? I have not been to a dentist in about 15 years, purely due to neglect of self care. Regardless I decided it was time to go, I've been having slight tooth pain. I searched my insurance provider for dentists near me, I googled many of them looking at the reviews. I picked this guy because a lot of the reviews said he was good with patients that have anxiety seeing the dentist. I soon found out that it he is not the best at speaking to his patients with anxiety. His assistant Brittney delivered some gut wrenching news to me that came with a high cost, no matter the option I chose. Now she was absolutely amazing, she was compassionate and understanding. Talked me through my options and of course offered tissue to dry my tears. I even could hear her being extremely quiet when telling the dentist about my situation before he came to see me. When he came to see me I was expressing my concerns with my ability to pay for this, I mentioned that I might try to get state assistance to help. He did not like hearing that, he changed his tone with me so fast.

Snapped this little attitude at me, telling me that and I quote, "Needed to get my ducks in a row before I see a dentist". Ouch, I already had anxiety about seeing this guy, then I got told some horrible news, then this prick is telling me to get my ducks in a row as I sit in front of him bawling? What do you think I'm doing by seeing you? Trying to figure out what my situation is, kind of have to start at the beginning, right? Maybe talk to me about financing or payment plans. I get it man, you don't take state insurance and this is a huge loss of money for you, but have a little couth in the way you speak to people, your assistant already told you I was in tears. That is one of the reasons so many people won't see a dentist, lack of compassion and understanding. Walked out of that office in tears, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Word of mouth. . . even for people with bad teeth. . .

travels fast. I have definitely shared my experience with friends, co-workers, customers, and now google. Everyone has been pretty shocked by his comment too. So with that, I will not return to this practice. Truthfully Brittney earned 5 stars, the dentist. . . 0 stars.
