Yesterday, I had such a great appointment, and I'm just so thrilled about the service and entire experience from start to end. I originally had the appointment set as my check-in after finishing my last scheduled Invisalign tray, but ended up having also to get two teeth repaired after having majorly chipped it from some Christmas candy (which, by the way, I will never eat again!). I usually see the absolute angel, Dr. Ellen, but was grateful that the equally wonderful Dr. Bridget could help me while Dr. Ellen was doing some much-deserved traveling! My teeth look great, and it feels so nice to have the attachments off as well.

Upon getting the teeth repaired, I learned that it would unlikely for my insurance to cover it, so I had to take a little bit of time to digest the bill since I didn't expect it. Every penny is *always* worth it at Maison Be, so while I hadn't expected the bill and anticipated that insurance would cover it as it had done in the past, I knew it was worth the investment and that I was in the best hands I could be. However, after continuing the conversation with Elle regarding payment, she went above and beyond, advocated for me with insurance, and helped to get the service covered, saving me over a thousand dollars afterall. . . I could not be happier! It means so much to me that I can trust I'm in the best possible hands, from the time I step into the office, to the time I leave (and beyond!).

Thank you SO much, Elle! Lastly, I'm super thrilled that Hamilton is back, and look forward to having my next cleaning scheduled with him soon. Thank you, Baily, for the assist! Maison Be has restored my trust in dentists and I always look forward to my appointments. My friends all know how obsessed I am with Dr. Ellen & team, and I'm so grateful for the careful touch that's put into every interaction in & out of the office. You all are truly the best out there. Maison BE is the greatest dental office experience I have ever had. For me the most important part is having a top tier doctor - Dr B & Dr Ellen are experts beyond measure! I’ve been seen by both doctors on visits…everyone is smiling and happy to see you (not my usual experience at other offices). I got excellent care for my current issues and amazing advice/plan on maintenance for the future. Once you walk in you know this appt is going to be unlike any other dentist appt you ever had.

The office is beautiful - in your intake forms you choose the amenities you would like for your visit. Did I just step into a resort? This place takes insurance…what’s next a warm towel while I wait… *dental asst walks in with a warm towel* You sit down in the chair, look up you see a custom greeting with TV to zone out while the Doctors get to work. I caught up on some Knicks highlights during my cleaning. My wife is also a patient and this is literally the only Dr appt she is excited to go to.

The whole staff is really incredible and I couldn’t recommend this office enough if you are in NYC.

An exceptional dental experience like none other. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, I was treated like gold. The staff is warm and inviting. My hygienist, Jade was personable and put me at ease during my new patient experience. Dr. Ellen helped me create a plan of care based on my goals and what's best best for my oral health.

The office is fabulous and it's a boutique experience I cannot recommend enough. This dental studio is like none other and I am so pleased to be a new patient at such a wonderful and caring dental studio. They have added touches and options that set them apart from all others and they have raised the bar on what an amazing patient experience is supposed to feel like. I speak confidently and with experience writing this review as I'm a nurse and they know what it means to make it all about the patient. They have thought of everything and then things that make sense that no other dental office has offered during an office visit. My under eye patches were soothing and my favorite part! I truly feel that everyone has my best interest at heart and insures I feel like a VIP while at Maison Be.

They sent me home with a beautiful bag of goodies which made my day. I cannot wait to wear my new sweatshirt and feel apart of the Maison Be family as I am proud to represent such an exceptional dental studio. This women owned business has knocked it out of the park!!!!! I am pleased to support these women as they build a brand unlike none other. Thank you everyone who made my first experience one that I will not forget. I can't wait to go back and who says that about the dentist?! Fabulous and fun!!
