The customer service is great. There were a couple issues that pushed me to select another provider. First-I had a sensitive tooth that required a filling. Dr. Malley filled it in less than 20 minutes but I still have sensitivity issues. That wasn't my primary reason for leaving though.

I understand that we are in a COVID-19 era at the moment and need to be cautious but they are taking it to far. They wouldn't allow me to accompany my 3 year old son to get his teeth cleaned. They also told me that all dental offices are that way right now. The first 2 dental offices I called said that they allow a parent, one stated specifically for children up to 5 years old.

Everyone is super nice here, and Dr. Malley is the best! He’s very patient, funny, and makes everything goes by quick. Definitely painless and stressless.

He noticed when my numb medicine didn’t fully work yet and I was tensioned up from feel the drill, so he stopped and asked me if I’m doing alright, and gave me more numbs and let me sit for a bit longer till it kicked in. ﾞ(●'◡'●)ﾉ♥ I don’t like dentist visit in general, but I love knowing it’s these people who are taking care of me. ฅ( ̳• ·̫ • ̳ฅ)♡

Great dentist if you want do it yourself dentures.

He attempts to make his own I would much rather get mine sent to a lab where they do it every day! Also he wanted to pull ALL my uppers and was NOT needed! I went to another dentist I was able to keep 4 uppers which was awesome because I could get a partial which seats in your mouth much better and is cheaper! One other thing his shots are very painful!

Dr. Malley was honest and refreshing. He told me what he saw in an x-ray and told me the proper treatment protocol. Seems like this is the way it should be, but I had two other bad experiences with dentists in the Grand Raids involving this tooth. So, I give Dr. Malley 5 stars for being an honest, stand up guy. His staff was also very helpful. Good Dentist for sure.
