My first visit, an emergency filling, was one of the best dental experiences I have had. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Malo was personable and did a great job of fixing my tooth. I have had some truly terrible dental experiences, and was a bit nervous about seeing a new dentist. I am very glad I did, and will be making this office my permanent dentist. Thank you.

Crooked, dishonest and very misleading without a concern, atleast at front desk. Got there 15min before appt , they said I missed it 1/2 hr ago , It was for a painful extraction of a bad wisdom tooth . They said I was to get tooth ripped out at 1pm, which Is false, I was told 145pm, then they said I had full cleaning at 145pm and that sounded suspicious, I've been going here for years and never asked for teeth cleaning EVER !!!. So I looked it up and here's what I found. . .

Can you see a hygienist after tooth extraction? After dental surgery, your gums may be sensitive or need to heal. Due to this, your dentist will advise you on how long after dental treatment you can book in for a hygienist appointment. Another one says your jaw will be sore after extraction , and I guess you need to open mouth wide for hygienist . Lady at counter knew it was wrong for sure they didn't want to look or answer my simple question . I never make a post good or bad but this was just dirty .
