I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere. I have never had a worse experience with a dentist. After my procedure, I was in some pain, the filling felt very uncomfortable, and was bleeding. I was assured this was normal.

Within a few weeks, the filling fell out over night. I tried to work with the practice to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue, however they were very rude and attempted to make me pay twice for work that was initially improperly done. I’ve been going here for almost two decades. I went to another dentist, who took pictures and explained that in their opinion the work was done improperly, and the decay had begun to form underneath of the filling (meaning the composite resin was placed over decay that should’ve been removed).

To make matters worse, the secretaries were contemptible in their behavior. Long story short: I’d give 0 stars were it an option. If you value your teeth, want proper work done, and don’t want to be charged for work that won’t last, go elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly and Dr Malone makes me feel more like a family member is fixing my teeth. He is always kind and gentle during my procedures and takes the time to see me whenever I'm having an issue with my teeth. He is friendly and a very kind person, which makes me stay calm enough during procedures that I have actually fallen asleep. .

. Just want to take the time to thank Dr. Malone and all the staff for their wonderful care they give all their patients!

Our experience was wonderful today! While waiting on my son to get his teeth cleaned and x-rays done I was in the waiting room. Jammie Kincaid made my wait pleasant! Love the big windows in waiting room which gace me some vitamin D with the sun coming in on this COLD DAY!

Dr. Malone did awesome with all my fillings! I recommend going to them for just about any dental work, he talked me through the entire procedure and helps you be comfortable. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!
