Went in this morning waited in the lobby for a hour. I finally go and ask the receptionist what was going on she told me and she was friendly, I go back into the lobby , Maybe 5 mins later another lady comes out I ask the same question, because I didn’t want to go to the back and sit for another hour and the answer was rude and disrespectful so I respond the same way she answered me. I was then told by her I won’t be seen, that’s fine. This location was horrible I love midlothian staff. The doctor comes in and say I’m not allowed to talk to his staff like that etc, and your staff will not talk to me like that either.

I’m a human just like she is respect needs to be given to be gave. Needless to say I will no longer be going back to these ppl. Rude and disrespectful.

Finding a dentist can be quite the scavenger hunt. Almost all of those I researched had some negative feedback. This is understandable, to an extent, as almost no one looks forward to visiting the dentist. Finally, I came across Dr. Jessica Smith at Smile 32. I called and inquired about insurance acceptability, and the lady to whom I spoke was both pleasant and professional.

When my wife and I arrived, we were delighted to find that everyone at this office conducts themselves in the same manner. I have taken my wife there twice, and it was truly an easy visit. Dr. Smith and her support staff are caring professionals, who genuinely want excellent results for their patients, and it shows. Thank You !!!

Dr Milan has completely changed my whole life with the smile he provided for me!!! I went from being so self conscious, embarrassed and hiding trying to smile all the time, too now…….you can’t stop me from smiling!!! It has given me the confidence I lacked for so many years!
