I had a dental cleaning with Sydney yesterday and she was thorough, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr Patel did my exam and answered my concerns. He was friendly and gentle. I have confidence in them to give me the highest level of care.

I had a filling that wasn't properly shaped and was causing pain when I would bite. I asked the dentist to fix the tooth for me. I went back in and she filed it down. The billing department then proceeded to charge me for an emergency visit. The dentist Valerie martinsen spoke with me herself and said the tooth was under warranty since it was only a few weeks from the original filling.

Still getting harassed to pay for an emergency visit 2 years later. The old owners were great but he retired. Avoid this place at all cost .

My 3yr old son’s first dentist appointment was a mess. I called at 11:08am stating that I knew I was very early but his appointment was at 12 and I wanted to let them know I was waiting in the car if they had something sooner. Receptionist asked if I had filled out paperwork online I said I had not received any but I could do it right then. She then asked if they had the correct phone number which they did not (wrong area code, 217 instead of 219?). So I went inside about 11:45 and checked in and they said they would grab us when they were ready. But 12:20 comes and we were still waiting so I asked how much longer to which she replied “I’m sorry it’s sort of a mess back here I will go check. ” A woman came out and said “so it’s gonna be a little longer because we had you down for 1pm not 12pm.

” Im thinking- WHY didn’t you say that when I first called??? I would have left to go do something else?!? Also not sure if this is even true. When I booked the appointment I confirmed 12 with them. I never got any appointment reminders or anything. Anyway we finally went back and GINA WAS AMAZINGGGG. She was kind, understanding, and so great with my son and my 10 month old. She is the reason this isn’t a one star review! Doctor was nice but at that point my toddler was so tired and checked out not much could be done besides look at his teeth and count them, which is fine. It was maybe a 5 minute interaction.

We go to checkout after this whole thing and we were charged $98 after insurance?! NINETY EIGHT DOLLARS FOR A FIVE MINUTE INTERACTION. I’m baffled. Really poor communication was the problem here. I was hoping for an amazing experience.

Very warm and welcoming. I had a very bad toothache and they were able to see me the same day. Very courteous.
