She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. The entire team was great, and the office was clean and well-organized. If I could rate this office below zero, I would. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place altogether. The service is terrible, the dental work is incompetent, and the office management is completely disorganized. From the beginning, my experience was a nightmare. The office is severely understaffed, leading to excessive wait times—I had at least three appointments where I sat in the dental chair for 30 minutes to an hour before being seen. When I had a tooth extracted, it became infected. Instead of seeing me, the dentist simply prescribed medication.

The infection worsened, and I ultimately had to go in for a visit, proving the lack of care and attention given to patients. The problems didn’t stop there. My implant process was a disaster, from receiving the wrong implant to having it placed incorrectly. At one point, the dentist even told me, "If you don’t want to come back and see me, I understand"—and this was in the middle of the procedure! I had no choice but to file a grievance, and after much back-and-forth, we reached an agreement where they would refund half of my payment and reimburse my insurance company. It has now been three months, and I’m still fighting to get my $946 back. They have repeatedly failed to provide a clear answer on where the check was sent. My insurance company has called, yet no one from their office has bothered to return the call.

Once this matter is finally settled, I plan to escalate my complaint through my insurance provider. When it was finally time to get my new implant, I refused to go back to the Maple Grove office and chose another Smiles Dentistry location instead. While the experience was slightly better, the implant color is still off, and it feels awkward in my mouth. Needless to say, we will never return.

Had 2 sessions with Becky the hygienist for deep cleaning. She was great! Very thorough and took the time to completely explain the procedure and after care. Also shared great conversations. Highly recommend. My wife will also be switching up clinics as a result of my experience. Thx Becky!

This was my first experience at Maple Grove Smiles & I couldn’t be happier! I came in with acute dental trauma, consisting of a badly chipped tooth and three additionally chipped teeth. The work is amazing! You can’t even tell that I had anything done. In addition, the staff was absolutely great, everyone made me feel very welcome. My technician Leia was especially friendly and welcoming.

She made me feel right at home! Dr. Vincent did an incredible job of repair with my teeth and also explained the process in a way that made it accessible to me. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care in the Maple Grove area! Five gold stars for sure!!
