Horrible customer service. Do not accommodate active U. S. Service men in the military. My son is a U. S.

Marine and needed to reschedule due to last minute orders and Marble Dental's only interest was the $25 "cancellation" fee. He wasn't cancelling, he was looking to reschedule and be seen prior to getting deployed in 4 days. My son has been a patient since the local middle school. It's a real shame and a far stretch from the Washington Ave office of years ago. I asked to cancel both of our appointments and have begun my search for a local dentist who takes pride in serving its community and most of all, the military who serve our country.

Simply the worst experience ever. Had a dental emergency, called, emailed and filled in online forms, but nobody ever called back / responded. I found an alternate dentist within 2 hours. Marble still not contacted me.

Please avoid at all costs, even in an emergency!! Following up - if you’ve been closed for a year, how did I have an appointment there in March, X-rays taken, cleaning etc. . . or did I imagine all that?! “Pants on Fire”!!

I used to get very anxious going to the dentist. However, since coming to Marble Dentistry I have had a much easier time. Dr. Sokolof is very patient with me and explains all the procedures thoroughly and simply enough for me to understand. I would definitely recommend this practice!
