I took an assignment to this office and was very impressed. The staff is super nice. Sue made me feel at home and offered some coffee as well. Keney was an awesome assistance and Dr Neil was very gentle and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, the people are great and the service is great and they care about their patients. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Marciano since I was a baby and I really wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on me. He has such a gentle hand and isn’t diagnosing left and right.

He shows me areas that i need to work on to avoid more work and then we take it from there. I lost my insurance recently and could have left because hoboken prices aren’t so cheap, but I refuse to see anyone else besides him. My absolute favorite guy!

Mortified! I went here after my front crown chipped a bit. Dr Mariciano has such a nice demeanor, but they way he fashioned a temporary tooth onto my natural tooth came off immediately and caused more breakage of my natural tooth. When I came back, he did the same loose "play dough" playing-like thing again which fell off the same day breaking until my whole natural tooth was no longer there and unable to attach a permanent crown. Yes! I am still toothless today!! It is true what reviews say about office management and unclear costs involved. I was brought to a side room and talked into paying in advance for services I could not later utilize because of this work. So basically, I paid $500. 00 to have no tooth.

When I persisted with my right to talk with Dr. Marciano, he agreed to refund my $500. 00. It was less than fair because I have no tooth in front, but at least I could go elsewhere (although now it would cost 3k for an entire new tooth implant and painful root extraction at an endontist) . The office worker pretended to refund me and said the internet reception interferes there, so it would take a while. When I got home, I noticed she had only sent me a satisfaction survey. (This is after losing my job right at the start of COVID).

I texted the office worker who is a whiz at passive-aggressive theft where she agreed to refund me but never did. No answering phone and no getting to Dr. Marciano's personally on his promise I filed a claim with my credit card to dispute charges along with those texts, and sadly, due to COVID, staff shortages and lack of communications, it took a long time to investigate and was denied because they said I had the appointments and services. Honestly, I turned to prayer and surrendered the whole ordeal to God. Three years later, I see my paperwork in an " open projects" file and wonder if I should stop by the office then see other victim's specific reviews and thought sharing experience may be the bettet way. Life is too precious to have to intentionally go in for an unnecessary battle. 🙏

I have been seeing Dr. Marciano for the better part of 19 years. Although never thrilled about having to go to the dentist (who is?), this is always a pleasant experience. He has a gentle approach and his years of experience give me comfort in the chair (root canal, bridge, etc. ).

The staff is efficient and kind. And today I had one of those life-changing cleanings by Jessie, the hygienist. She is amazingly diligent.
